Lemon Balm

Lemon Balm is a lush , green lemony smelling foliage with white flowers, from the mint family. It is a perennial plant grown in gardens.

  • Lemon balm makes a wonderful relaxing tea that settles the stomach. It is recommended for it's calming effects on the nerves and stomach, calming for the heart, great for tension, and helps one sleep.

  • It eases heartburn caused by an upset stomach. It can be used with marshmallow root to relieve the pain of ulcers.

  • It is being used in Europe and other countries for genital and oral herpes sores. Coldsores a problem? Apply Lemon Balm Ointment or Lemon Balm Oil topically, for soothing relief.
